柳文媛，博士，教授，博士生導師。1996年獲中國藥科大學藥物分析碩士學位；2004年獲中國藥科大學藥物分析博士學位；2008年4～10月美國University of California,SanDiego訪問學者；2013年7月起任藥物分析教研室副主任；藥物分析國家精品資源共享課主持人。

研究方向為藥物現(xiàn)代儀器分析。采用現(xiàn)代分析儀器，解決藥物研發(fā)過程中的關鍵技術問題；包括以藥物發(fā)現(xiàn)為導向的復雜體系藥效物質基礎與活性篩選技術研究，和以藥物質量控制為導向的體外質量評價與體內處置研究。

主持國家自然科學基金兩項（81274064、81573557）和江蘇省六大人才高峰項目一項；是多項國家863、重大科技專項（2009zx09102-032，2011ZX09102-009-05，2012ZX9103101，2013ZX09301303002）主要完成人。完成多個新藥的體外質量控制和藥代動力學研究工作，建立了天然藥物微量成分與藥物中微量雜質的分離檢測平臺。獲江蘇省科技進步二等獎（2007-02-49-04），江蘇省微課競賽一等獎、江蘇省教學成果二等獎，授權專利4項；第一作者或通訊作者在RSC Advance、Journal of Chromatography A，Journal of Chromatography B，Journal of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Analysis等發(fā)表SCI論文30余篇。
