PAN Xiuping is an associate professor and academic adviser for the Master of Laws in the School of Humanities at BUPT. He earned his Ph.D. at China University of Political Science and Law. Now he is the secretary-general of China Association of Banking Law, senior partner of Beijing Longan Law Firm and arbitrator of Hainan Arbitration Commission. His research interests include civil and commercial law and financial law.
