湯軼偉，講師，漢族，1981年8月出生，中國共產黨黨員。2008年畢業于河北農業大學獲得農學碩士學位，2011年畢業于天津科技大學獲得工學博士學位。現為化學化工與食品安全學院教師，主講《食品儀器分析》，《食品免疫學》，《食品分析》等課程。

主要研究方向食品安全快速檢測技術研究，食品污染物新型樣品前處理技術，食品污染物風險評估。近年來代表性論文：
