學習經(jīng)歷

1943年畢業(yè)于重慶國立中央大學博物系,獲學士學位，1947年獲國立中央大學碩士學位，1950年底獲美國威斯康星大學博士學位。

工作經(jīng)歷

 從1951年回國至今一直在蘭州大學生物系工作，1980年被選為中國科學院學部委員(現(xiàn)稱院士、資深院士)。歷任蘭州大學生物系教授、博士生導師、系主任、名譽系主任，原杭州大學生物系客座教授，蘭州醫(yī)學院名譽院長�，F(xiàn)任蘭州大學生命科學學院細胞生物學研究所所長。曾任國務院第一屆學位委員會學科組成員，中國細胞生物學會副理事長、細胞生物學專業(yè)委員會主任委員，中國植物學會常任理事，《中國大百科全書•生物學卷》委員會委員《細胞學》副主編，國家教委高等學校理科生物學教材編審委員會委員、細胞生物學編審小組組長�！吨参飳W報》、《實驗生物學報》、《西北植物報》、《應用與環(huán)境生物學報》編委，《細胞生物學進展》主編。當選第三、四、五屆全國人民代表大會代表，九三學社甘肅省委員會主任委員，甘肅省科協(xié)副主席。

教學及指導研究生情況 發(fā)表論文及專著 先后發(fā)表學術論文140余篇，編著國內(nèi)第一部高等教材《細胞生物學》和教學參考書《生物顯微技術》分別于1987年獲國家教委優(yōu)秀教材一等獎、甘肅省教委優(yōu)秀教材一等獎。編著了《細胞生物學進展》（共三卷），《植物細胞融合與細胞工程•鄭國锠論文集》。

他的科研成果，于1985和1986年二次獲得國家教委科技進步二等獎。1999年榮獲全國歸僑、僑眷先進個人稱號，同時獲1999年全國先進科普工作者稱號。2003年獲“何梁何利科學與技術進步獎”。
