學習工作經歷:
1991年9月-1995年7月甘肅農業大學獲農學學士學位(林學專業)。
1997年9月-2000年7 月在甘肅農業大學獲作物遺傳育種專業碩士學位。
2000年9月-2003年7月在華中農業大學獲作物遺傳育種專業博士學位。
1995年9月- 1997年9月在甘肅省小隴山林業科學研究所從事林業科研工作。
2003 年8月畢業留華中農業大學園藝林學學院蔬菜系從事教學和科研工作。
2006 年 2-7 月在國際馬鈴薯中心開展馬鈴薯晚疫病抗性相關侯選基因定位與分子標記輔助選擇技術體系開發的合作研究工作。
2008 年11 月-2009 年11月受國家留學基金委“青年骨干教師出國研修項目” 資助,在英國蘇格蘭作物研究所植物病理系從事為期 1 年的博士后研究工作,主要開展馬鈴薯晚疫病菌關鍵效應子功能研究。
2014年4月在國際馬鈴薯中心開展馬鈴薯晚疫病抗QTL位點精細定位合作研究。
研究方向:
馬鈴薯晚疫病抗性分子生物學。研究內容包括馬鈴薯-晚疫病菌分子互作、抗病信號傳導網絡、抗病代謝途徑、重要抗病相關基因的克隆與功能鑒定,晚疫病抗性分子標記輔助選擇育種體系開發與應用等。
主要學術兼職:
中國馬鈴薯專業委員會委員,全球馬鈴薯晚疫病防治倡議組織會員,湖北馬鈴薯晚疫病預測預警系統負責人。湖北省自然科學基金優秀創新團隊“馬鈴薯重要性狀功能基因組與遺傳改良”團隊核心成員。J Exp Bot, PLoS ONE, Biomass and Bioenergy, Plant Pathology, Mol Bio Report, Scientia Horticulturae, J. Hort. Sci. Biotech.,中國農業科學,園藝學報等刊物審稿人。
承擔項目情況:
現主持國家 “863” 目1項,國家自然科學基金項目2項,教育部博士點基金項目1項;作為核心研究人員參與重大國際合作項目1項,參與 “湖北省馬鈴薯產業發展專項”、現代農業產業體系馬鈴薯產業體系崗位科學家-馬鈴薯育種課題研究。已主持完成國家自然科學基金項目2項,教育部重點項目1項,湖北省自然科學杰青項目1項,校優秀團隊培植項目1項。作為副組長完成國家 “863” 1項,作為骨干研究人員完成國際合作項目2項。另外作為主要研究人員參與完成國家 “863” ,“948” ,“湖北省自然科學基金計劃創新群體項目”,國家自然科學基金項目多項。
獲獎及榮譽:
2011 年獲湖北省自然科學基金杰出青年項目資助。
2007年獲湖北省技術發明一等獎1項,排名第6。
