周四元,男, 2000年獲得第四軍醫大學藥理學專業博士學位, 2007-2009在美國康涅狄格州大學從事新藥篩選研究。現任第四軍醫大學藥劑學教研室主任,教授,藥劑學專業碩士研究生導師,陜西省藥理學會常務理事,副秘書長,國家藥品價格評審專家。長期從事靶向遞藥系統與藥物代謝動力學研究,發表論文90余篇,其中SCI收錄論文18篇,獲得國家發明專利3項。2007年獲陜西省科技進步一等獎1項(第三)。在靶向遞藥系統研究方面,2005年獲國家科技部藥物制劑關鍵技術研究專項經費支持,針對抗腫瘤化療藥物在臨床應用過程中存在的問題,建立了大分子靶向藥物研究技術平臺,制備腫瘤靶向遞藥系統,通過藥效學及藥代動力學評價,可望篩選出腫瘤靶向性好、療效確切的遞藥系統。藥物代謝動力學研究2003年獲得國家科技部創新藥物臨床前藥物代謝動力學關鍵技術平臺建設專項經費支持,建立了肝微粒體、Caco-2細胞、HepG2細胞、原位小腸、肝臟灌流等藥物吸收代謝研究模型,以及生物介質中氨氯地平、白藜蘆醇苷等近30種藥物/代謝產物的HPLC以及LC/MS/MS檢測方法。藥物代謝動力學研究主要開展以下三個方面工作:(1)藥物吸收代謝篩選,(2)天然藥物代謝轉運機制研究,(3)新藥臨床前藥代動力學研究。
