【學術簡介】

張薄博，男，香港中文大學博士，目前是江南大學生物工程學院副教授，碩士生導師。在比利時皇家科學院蘇寶連院士課題組從事博士后研究。廣東省優秀碩士論文獲得者(2010年)，江南大學至善青年學者(2013年)。主要從事真菌發酵合成活性產物，生物催化等方面的研究。主持或參與了863、十二五項目、國家自然科學基金、江蘇省自然科學基金等縱向科研項目5項，企業橫向科研項目4項。

發酵工程
（1）真菌發酵合成活性產物的研究
包括樟芝活性產物的合成和調控、虎奶菇活性多糖、紅曲色素、功能性紅曲等方面的研究
（2）生物催化
包括利用無機復合材料固載功能生物體，微生物細胞催化不對稱合成手性藥物及其前體，非水介質（離子液體）中的生物催化等方面的研究
