楊勁，中國藥科大學藥代中心，教授，博士。

1993年畢業留校后一直從事藥代動力學研究和教學工作20余年，期間在國家藥品審評中心外聘工作近一年�，F為國家藥品審評專家，江蘇省藥品審評專家，中國定量藥理藥理學會委員。

數學建模與仿真。應用于創新藥物的早期臨床探索研究，兒童給藥方案探索研究，生物類似物評價研究，已上市藥物的個體化給藥研究。

評估創新藥物20余個，其中有多個已經獲得上市許可。

發表SCI論文20余篇，影響因子大于50。發表新藥審評技術論文多篇。發表中文核心雜志論文50余篇。

主持并承擔多項國家自然科學基金、國家重大新藥創制專項。近幾年科研經費累積超過500萬元。
