郝海平,博士、中國藥科大學教授,博士生導師。2006年于中國藥科大學獲博士學位,2012-2013年美國國家癌癥研究所訪問學者。現任中國藥科大學藥學院院長、2011計劃建設辦公室主任、“天然藥物活性組分與藥效”國家重點實驗室副主任。
為國家杰出青年科學基金獲得者、長江學者特聘教授;首批中組部青年拔尖人才、江蘇省特聘教授;2008年全國百篇優秀博士學位論文獲得者、首批江蘇省杰出青年科學基金獲得者、江蘇省“333”高層次人才培養工程中青年科技領軍人才(第二層次)、第十一屆江蘇省十大青年科技之星、教育部新世紀人才、江蘇省五四青年獎章獲得者。
主要從事代謝調控與靶標發現/確證研究、中藥及天然藥物體內過程及作用機理研究。構建了較完善、普適的體內外天然藥物復雜成分定性、定量分析與體內過程研究的方法學體系,提出并建立了符合天然藥物多成分多靶標作用特點的藥代動力學研究理論與模式,并在揭示天然活性成分群代謝處置規律的基礎上,提出了“反向藥代動力學”、代謝處置導向的作用靶標與機理研究的學術思想;在膽汁酸、色氨酸等內源活性代謝調控研究中取得重要研究成果。近年來,主持承擔國家重大新藥創制專項、國家自然科學基金重點項目、重大研究計劃等重大研究課題、國家杰出青年科學基金等各類項目17項。作為主要完成人之一,獲國家科技進步二等獎2項(排名第三、第四)、2012年教育部科學技術進步一等獎(排名第二)。發表SCI論文100余篇,其中以第一和通訊作者在NatCommun,Trends Pharmacol Sci,Anal Chem,Drug MetabDispos等相關領域一流期刊發表SCI論文60余篇。
兼任中國藥學會應用藥理專業委員會副秘書長、世界中醫藥聯合會中藥免疫專業委員會常務理事、世界中醫藥聯合會中藥分析委員理事、美國化學會(ACS)及國際藥代動力學學會(ISSX)會員;Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B編委,為Mol Pharmaceut,Toxicol Sci,Curr Drug Metab,Drug Metab Dispos等藥學相關領域一流SCI期刊的同行審稿專家。
主要研究方向
1、內源活性分子代謝調控與藥物靶標/確證研究:綜合應用分子生物學、代謝組學與蛋白質組學技術,圍繞腫瘤等代謝性疾病,探索藥物作用新靶標,側重于研究內源活性物質如膽汁酸、短鏈脂肪酸等代謝調控;在此基礎上,研究臨床具有確切療效的中藥/天然藥物的作用靶標與作用機理,探索創新藥物研發及藥物治療新理論方法。主要資助課題:國家杰出青年科學基金項目、國家自然科學基金面上項目、國家自然科學基金重大研究計劃等。
2、中藥/天然藥物復雜成分代謝處置規律與機理研究:在創建復雜成分體內外分析技術平臺的基礎上,揭示中藥/天然活性成分(群)在生物體內外的代謝處置規律與機理,闡明主要類群成分如苷類、黃酮類、生物堿類等活性成分群的構代關系;探索天然活性成分調控藥物代謝酶/轉運體的作用規律與機理,從而為基于天然藥物/中藥的創新藥物研發和藥物相互作用研究提供科學基礎。主要資助課題:國家自然科學基金重點項目、江蘇省杰出青年科學基金項目、國家重大新藥創制專項項目等。
