柳文媛，博士，教授，博士生導師。1996年獲中國藥科大學藥物分析碩士學位；2004年獲中國藥科大學藥物分析博士學位；2008年4～10月美國University of California,SanDiego訪問學者；2013年7月起任藥物分析教研室副主任；藥物分析國家精品資源共享課主持人。

研究方向為藥物現代儀器分析。采用現代分析儀器，解決藥物研發過程中的關鍵技術問題；包括以藥物發現為導向的復雜體系藥效物質基礎與活性篩選技術研究，和以藥物質量控制為導向的體外質量評價與體內處置研究。

主持國家自然科學基金兩項（81274064、81573557）和江蘇省六大人才高峰項目一項；是多項國家863、重大科技專項（2009zx09102-032，2011ZX09102-009-05，2012ZX9103101，2013ZX09301303002）主要完成人。完成多個新藥的體外質量控制和藥代動力學研究工作，建立了天然藥物微量成分與藥物中微量雜質的分離檢測平臺。獲江蘇省科技進步二等獎（2007-02-49-04），江蘇省微課競賽一等獎、江蘇省教學成果二等獎，授權專利4項；第一作者或通訊作者在RSC Advance、Journal of Chromatography A，Journal of Chromatography B，Journal of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Analysis等發表SCI論文30余篇。
