北京化工大學國家有機無機復合材料重點實驗室成員，副教授。主要研究方向：納米粉體及透明分散體的制備、納米復合材料的制備及其在新型能源電池、觸摸屏等電子器件、建筑節能材料、塑料、涂料等領域中的應用。  

作為項目負責人承擔了 國家自然科學基金項目2項（2015-2018、2011-2013），國家“863”計劃子課題2項（2012-2014、2009-2010），國家支撐計劃子課題1項（2015-2016）、橫向課題3項（2010-2015、2010-2019、2009-2010）。作為技術負責人參與了 國家十五攻關、國家自然科學基金、國家“863”計劃、德國BASF和新加坡納米材料公司等國際國內合作項目的研究，共計10余項。

作為第3完成人分別獲得國家技術進步獎二等獎（“聚合物基無機/有機納米復合材料及其制品工業化技術”，2007年）、中國石油和化學工業協會技術發明獎一等獎（2004年）、北京市科學技術進步獎二等獎（2006年）各1項。申請了國家發明專利25項，其中已授權11項。在國內外期刊上發表了學術論文70余篇。近三年10篇代表性論文如下：
