宗莉，藥劑學專業教授，博士生導師，藥學博士。專業研究方向：緩控釋制劑和生物技術藥物遞送系統。在緩控釋制劑領域，有二十多年研究經歷，研究興趣：擇時控釋制劑、難溶藥物緩釋制劑。自2002年涉足生物技術藥物遞送系統，獲此領域2004年、2006年和2010年度國家自然科學基金，研究興趣：基因遞藥系統、粘膜免疫、多肽/蛋白質非注射給藥。

科研成果：主持完成國家自然科學基金項目3項、寧夏科委攻關項目1項和江蘇省高新技術創業中心項目1項。參與完成十一五國家“重大新藥創制”科技重大專項、“863”項目、“八五”國家重點科技攻關項目和江蘇省自然科學基金項目。

近年以項目負責人獲新藥證書3本、一類新藥臨床批文1份。協助企業完成多項新藥的產業化轉化，獲藥品注冊批件4份。另外以分課題負責人參與完成新藥產品3項。以第一發明人獲新制劑和新工藝授權專利6項，其中3項專利權轉讓或專利實施許可。

承擔本科生課程《藥劑學》、碩士生課程《生物藥劑學》和《現代藥劑學選論》教學工作，在國際和國內核心期刊發表研究論文40余篇，獲2008和2009年度江蘇省優秀碩士學位論文2篇，獲2011年江蘇省研究生科研創新計劃項目等。
