教育背景與工作經歷
1985年畢業于河北師范大學; 1988年獲蘇州大學數學碩士學位; 1995年獲蘇州大學應用數學博士學位. 1988年7月至1995年12月任河北師范大學數學系助教、講師、副教授; 1996年1月調入北京交通大學數學系; 1998年9月至今任北京交通大學教授、博士生導師、二級崗位教授、數學系主任. 1998年被評為鐵路青年科技拔尖人才稱號; 2000年獲第二屆全國高校青年教師獎; 2000年獲鐵道部有突出貢獻的中青年專家稱號; 2004年享受國務院政府特殊津貼. 一直從事組合數學與編碼理論的教學與科研工作, 曾獲霍英東教育基金會第六屆高等院校青年教師基金, 主持完成國家自然科學基金項目6項及一項博士點基金, 經常應邀參加國際、國內專業學術會議并做特邀報告及大會報告. 在組合數學與編碼理論領域發表160余篇學術論文, 其中近130篇被SCI收錄, 一項成果在1991年獲河北省科技進步一等獎(排名二), 另一成果在2001年獲全國高校科技獎自然科學二等獎(排名三). 曾應邀赴意大利、日本、加拿大、新加坡以及香港地區進行講學及合作研究. 現任中國組合數學與圖論專業委員會常務理事; 國際組合數學與應用學會Fellow; 中國運籌學會圖論與組合分會副理事長; 中國數學會理事.
