教育背景與工作經歷
關偉,男,1968年10月出生。分別于1990、1993和1997年在天津大學獲學士、碩士、博士學位。1997年入北方交通大學博士后流動站工作,1999年出站后留校工作,現任北京交通大學交通運輸學院副院長,教授,博士生導師。主要研究方向為系統工程、智能交通系統和現代物流系統。
