教育背景：
2006年9月-2010年7月 北京交通大學物流管理與工程專業博士畢業,獲管理學博士學位。
自2000年以來任職于北京交通大學經濟管理學院，2008年晉升為副教授，2015年晉升為教授
2015年10月，獲得博士生招生資格

教學工作：
參與面向國際化經濟管理人才能力培養的雙語教學體系建設和改革，近三年主持和參加雙語教學教改課題5項，教改成果主要有：主編、出版雙語教材一冊，并獲得2009年北京市精品教材立項；摸索并總結出雙語教學過程的雙向式目標、四階段論、五步磨合法等一系列特色突出的雙語教學方法，且完成了相關驗證性教學實驗；設計了體現雙語特色的多元化教學實踐活動；編制了與教材配套的全英文的教學大綱、電子課件、授課教案、實踐指導，且開發了本課程的雙語教學網站和學生網絡學習平臺；獲得北京交通大學教學競賽和學院教學競賽一等獎，并獲得北京市教學競賽三等獎;以第一作者發表雙語教學論文6篇，獲得優秀校級教學成果獎2項，主講《經濟學原理》（雙語課）獲得學校優質課程建設；獲優秀雙語教學大綱1項、優秀教案獎1項。雙語教學效果獲得辛辛那提大學雙語教學研究專家，語言學博士生導師Gulbahar H. Bechett教授和美國蒙特克萊爾大學語言學院Mary Call教授和Aihua Li教授的積極評價。
